COVID Safe & Model Release
The health, safety and wellbeing of my clients is paramount here at Kellee Quinn, which is why I have implemented a COVID -19 plan to help keep everyone healthy and happy. Please have a read through of the below, and sign the model release at the bottom to confirm you have read all guidelines. Thank you!
COVID-19 Policies - Please read each section
WELLBEING OF ATTENDEES
Please only attend a shoot or meeting if you are feeling 100% well. Please do not attend if you have any Covid-19, flu like or other respiratory type symptoms, are awaiting a result of a Covid-19 test, or have been in contact with anyone displaying these symptoms.
Should we suspect any shoot attendee is displaying any symptoms we reserve the right to ask them to leave and encourage them to seek testing and advice from a medical professional.
Should you become aware that you are not feeling well prior to a shoot, or even during a shoot or meeting simply let us know as soon as possible so we can facilitate an alternative shoot date.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We ask that you limit adults attending to essential parties only.
Arrangements can also be made for video conferencing of the shoot or meeting to allow clients to participate remotely where required.
Where reasonably practical, we ask that everyone maintain 2 meters of physical distancing at all times.
HYGIENE AND CLEANING
We ask that you sanitise your hands upon arrival using the products provided and encourage everyone to wear a mask for the duration of the shoot or meeting. Please bring your own mask.
The studio is cleaned and disinfected regularly including before and after every shoot.
Client Model Release Agreement
This Release is between the Client and Photographer for the photographic session on date of session below. Client acknowledges they are the parent and/or legal guardian of the subject of the photography session. The Client authorises the Photographer, and/or any assignees and licensees, to use and to create images, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, for promotional materials, online marketing, port, and other areas of marketability. The Client further authorises the distribution of photographs to potential clients of the Photographer for demonstration purposes, and authorises the inclusion of such images in a Photographer portfolio. The Client agrees and understands that the photos will be taken and stored through electronic digital imaging. The Client further acknowledges that the Client will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing and that the Photographer of such photos exclusively owns all rights. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer shall have the exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable right to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic materials which contain the Client’s image in accordance with the following permissions; -Printed promotional materials -Printed portfolio samples -Online using (including but not limited to social media accounts, website and blog display) competitions, exhibitions, magazines and other areas of marketability by the Photographer. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer may modify, change, or alter such images without restriction. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the photographs created by the Photographer shall become and remain the exclusive property of the Photographer, and that the Client retains no rights to said photographs unless specified particularly in this Release. The Client, also hereby waives all rights and claims and releases the Photographer from any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, relating to the sale, display, license and use of the photos. The Client hereby covenants and agrees that the Client shall not bring any action or proceeding or maintain a complaint against the Photographer in any court of law, state or local, or before any administrative body, related in any way whatsoever, to the use of the photographs. The Client hereby releases any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use of the Client’s photographs and the reproduction thereof as aforesaid. The Client hereby waives any right that the Client may have to inspect and/or approve the photographs or any advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
